Recently I have been very stressed out with school and keeping up with things. This book is very useful in taking things and conquering what is stressing you out. It helps to calm down your life so that you can handle what you need to better. There are a lot of great topics that she talks about to help you reduce your stressful life. It helps you to also maintain a wonderful healthy life and to also help with fitness in your life. She also helps you to have an overview of your situation to help you take the necessary steps to you need to take to change things where you wont be stressed in your life. In this book she also talks about different types of behavior and a wheel of life that helps balance everything. I recommend this book to anyone that needs to make changes or feel like they are too swamped by stress.

This was a amazing book. I have been looking for something to help me get back into running for some time when I came across this one. I usually don’t read books like this but figured i would give it a try. I can tell you I wasn’t disappointed when I started. It has really great illustrations and charts that will help you to where you want to be. My fiancee loves to run and joins in 5k’s. In this book he was really interested in reading the nutrients part so that after the run he doesn’t feel so weak or tired. It includes time of were you can be with your weight. It also has charts so that you can see what muscles you are using and how to stretch those muscles before you start any run.  This book pretty much helps you get the best out of any running that you want to do. The diet and nutrients section will help you to provide your body with necessary foods and nutrients to keep your body in shape while running.  If you need or want a great a book to help you learn the proper way of running and techniques for running then this is the book for you!

If I Were You (Inside Out #1) by Lisa Renee Jones Review by Susie Fitzwater

This was such a thrill to read. I really loved the storyline behind it. Sara’s roommate buys a storage lot to sell items. One of the items include some journals by a lady named Rebecca. Sara tries to find Rebbeca and ends up living her life. She gets a job at the museum and meets Chris which makes her feel like no one has before. Lisa Renee Jones did excellent job with this novel. I truly loved the ups and down. It made you feel what the character felt and how living the life can be dangerous for her. It leaves you wanting more and will love to learn what happens in the next one. I love how she also put two broken souls together to make this great story. Sara really grows into the story and becomes more confident in herself. I recommend this story for anyone that loves a suspense romance story.
